Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 07 days. If 07 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:

If product is used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All Handcrafted jewelry have minor irregularities which add to the overall uniqueness of the piece. Please allow for this slight variation as no two pieces of handmade jewelry can be identical.
We have made every possible effort to accurately display colors as they appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee display of any color to be completely accurate as seen by you on your monitor screen.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to Chandiwaale account, which can be redeemed against any purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@chandiwaale.com and send your item to: Chandiwaale, B Road, Sardarpura, Jodhpur.
Shipping returns
Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in selected locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) to us. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 75 towards your shipping costs subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt at our store.
In case of self-ship, please write us a mail on sales@Chandiwaale.comand share your necessary details to identify your return and reimbursement on return order.
Once we receive the product/s, our team will inspect the damage and if eligible, we will offer you a replacement of your product.
