I had a wonderful experience with Chandiwaale. I was looking for a very specific silver pendant, and another jeweler suggested I check with them. Although they didn’t have it in stock, they assured me they could custom-make it within a day. Their price was also about 25% lower than another online option, which would have taken 5–6 days to deliver.
A special thanks to Manoj, who went above and beyond to make this happen. While there was a slight delay and the pendant couldn’t be handed over at the train station as originally planned, the team promptly couriered it to my next destination, and it arrived the very next day. I paid a small courier fee, but considering how important this pendant was to me, receiving a custom-made piece within just two days was truly impressive.
I highly recommend Chandiwaale for both regular and custom silver jewelry. Their craftsmanship, competitive pricing, and commitment to customer satisfaction really set them apart.
