1. Once the order is confirmed, the product is delivered to you in 5-6 workings days.
  2. For customised orders, it would take 7-10 working days for it to be delivered.
  3. Free shipping is available on all products in India.
  4. The entire amount will be refunded if the product is lost or damaged during transit.
  5. Chandiwaale reserves the right to cancel any order as per the circumstances where company requirements are not met. In case after payment, any applicable refund will be made.

  7. We accept exchange requests within 7 working days of you receiving the order.
  8. The product must be unused, unworn and without damage. Without this, the return would not be processed.
  9. We do not offer any returns on products once purchased..

Cash on delivery –

  1. To avail COD, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.
  2. Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not available, you can use online payment options.
  3. There is an extra charge of INR 100/- on COD Orders in India.
